Glasgow-based Worldwide Tropicals is a wholesale supplier
of ornamental fish, aquatic plants, frozen foods and livefoods. The business was established in 1992 and has grown
substantially over the years. It now operates from three
warehouses on a half-acre site in Glasgow, in the shadow of
Glasgow Rangers football stadium, and supplies licensed retail outlets from Aberdeen to Cornwall.

The facility holds more than 800 aquatic tanks and pools, with substantial room for further expansion, and the staff have been with the business for many years and are all experienced fish keepers.
The fish range is extensive and includes rare and unusual varieties imported from worldwide sources. Cliff Murray, the owner, is very selective in his suppliers and ensures he personally unpacks all shipments.

Success has been achieved by simply supplying good quality, healthy and interesting varieties of fish.
Clients range from small, independent pet shops to national pet retail and garden centre chains. The company supplies only licensed outlets.

Deliveries of fish to clients are made either directly by Worldwide Tropicals or via next-day courier on a before noon service.
